We had Imperial redo my hardwoods floors in my home which is 40 plus years old.
I would like to say the guys did a great job and my wife loves the new look of our floors, we are looking to remodel the kitchen soon and with the service and the great looking cabinets and counter tops in their showroom we will be going back for our new kitchen and my wife says everyone should try these guys out and see what a great job they do and the great service we received.

Thank you so much.
Lee, Huntersville

I want to express my delight with my new pre-finished hardwood floor. It is absolutely gorgeous! I am also very impressed with the quality of the product.

I also really appreciate how helpful you were in guiding me through the process of selecting my floor. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the experience of dealing with you and have already wholeheartedly recommended you to my friends.

Best floors we have ever had! The staff at Imperial Floor Coverings were great to work with, the installation crew were so professional and neat. We are truely happy with the price and service we received we would highly recommend them to all of our friends and family. A five star company!

I can't say enough about my new floors and how great they look. Before the rooms looked old and way out of date. We painted but still didn't look the way we wanted them to. We were at the Bi-Lo up the street from our home and saw the flooring store there and thought why not drop in and see what they had. Boy were we pleasantly surprised with the large selection. We were helped by a gentleman with years of experience in flooring, helped us pick out carpet and laminate we could afford. Schedule a time to come out to measure and had us a quote in a few days. We did shop around some and found dollar for dollar they would be the best for us. We put down a deposit and within a week they were installing out new floors. The salesman told us what made their company stand out from the other were not always the cheapest price but their knowledge of flooring and the quality of the installation. He was right a hundred percent. The box store had people working in the flooring department that were clueless, and wanted thirty five to forty five dollars to come out and measure and then we would have to go back to the store to get our quote and if we didn't go with them we were out the measure fee. Even with their installation special of 139.00 dollars they were more with all their add on's. We also try an in home sales company we have seen on TV they said buy one room and get two free, it true there's no such thing as a free lunch, and we found out there's no free carpet, their price was three times higher than all the others and the salesman didn't know anything about flooring other than how to sale it.

We checked the internet and looked at Imperial Floor Coverings web site and that made up our minds. We decide to go back to where we start because they acted like they cared and most of all knew what they were talking about. Long story short, save yourself time and money by calling Imperial floor coverings.

Thanks guys the best experience I've had in years dealing with a home improvement company. Soon as my tax return comes back I'm going back for ceramic for my bathrooms.

Imperial Floor Coverings did a great job on my hardwood and carpet. I wanted them to do my ceramic tile in my bathrooms also. The guys were very professional and did a great job cleaning up.The staff helped me select some beautiful tile that was on sale and with my Angie's list discount it made the job very affortable .

Our 1996 2-story had 3/8" engineered wood floors in about half of the downstairs floors (600sft). The originial finish was wearing thin and we wanted to change the color anyway. We also wanted to add wood flooring in the living room, which was orginially carpet, to match the existing wood floors. However, the main reason we actually called Imperial Floor Coverings was to have some carpet pulled back and reinstalled on our stairs and upper landing. Alan, the owner of Inperial Floor Coverings, stopped by to take a look and also gave us a quote for the wood flooring at the same time. The quote was great and we were very happy with Alan's knowledge of his proffesion. You could tell he'd been doing this a long time and had seen it all.

Anyway, our services included:
Sand and refinish approx 600 sft of existing wood flooring
Install, sand, and finish approx 250 sft of new wood flooring
Remove and reinstall carpet on stair and upper landing
Sand, stain, and polyurethane new newels and handrails on the stairs
(Alhough we had a stair company actually install the unfinished newels and handrails first)

We were very happy with the results of our remodel and will definitely give Alan a call when we get new carpet throughout the house.
